Renovation and transformation of a mixed-use office and storage building originally built as the Central Disinfection Plant for the nearby hospitals. The aim of the project was to create a working environment with character, which, while maintaining the current tenant structure, would attract new creative and innovative partners to the area, enhancing the quality of the services available and the built environment. The site is located in Budapest IX. district, near Nagyvárad square. This constantly regenerating district (new office buildings and services) repositions the turn-of-the-century complex, whose unique industrial character offers exciting opportunities for transformation. The area is easily accessible by public transport, bicycle and car.
