The former residence of Margit Csekonics and István Károlyi, built between 1881-1885, was transformed into the educational buliding of the Károli Gáspár Reformed University. The wing facing Múzeum street underwent a comprehensive monument reconstruction and houses now the representative spaces of the university, while the educational spaces are created in the wing facing Reviczky street, with a contemporary design and modern interiors. The project was given the Pro Architectura award in 2021.
