Upgrading of the existing office and workshop building at Rockwool Hungary's Tapolca site. Conversion and extension of the existing office and workshop block enclosed by the production hall and the associated warehouses. One of the main goals of the project was to improve the quality of the office spaces: with partial destruction of the existing structures we created an internal courtyard on the upper floor that provides natural lighting and ventilation for all offices. The concept ensures that the floor space requirements of the functional needs are met within the current contours, and that the planned conversion has the least possible impact on the production hall areas.
