Feasibility study for the Science and Innovation Park of Győr and the development concept of the former biscuit factory site. The area is owned by the Széchenyi University of Győr, where the university management envisaged the creation of a science and innovation park, similar to examples implemented abroad. The aim was to build a place for scientific and professional cooperation, linking university research with the innovations and developments generated by economic actors. The park fulfils different functions, including a knowledge management centre, conference rooms, social spaces, educational training venues, laboratories, prototype workshops and rental office spaces. The first element of the project, "The Cube" was completed in 2023, with further planning for development starting in 2025.
